The president of the GAA, Joe McDonagh, has expressed his sympathy to the families of both Shane McGettigan and Ronan Steward, who were killed in a building site accident in Boston. McGettigan was a promising Leitrim footballer. "The entire GAA world is deeply shocked by the death of these two young men," he said. "Our sympathy goes out to both families."
