First-half tries from flankers John Noonan and Shane O'Sullivan and a third from scrumhalf Chris Nolan left CBC in a strong position at the break.
Further tries from Eoin French, converted by Stuart Lee, and replacement Robbie O'Donoghue, converted by Finnian Tummon, sealed victory.
