A chara, - On March 8th I ordered a terminal adapter from Eircom to improve Internet access. A week later the apparatus was delivered and was installed promptly as I expected the Eircom fitters to arrive shortly to upgrade the telephone line. How wrong I was!
Seven weeks later I still cannot get a definite date as to when the job will be done. In the meantime the school has no Internet or email facilities.
