Madam, – In 1976 Habitat for Humanity was founded by Willard Fuller to house the world’s poor. After providing 1.5 million no-interest homes, Fuller was awarded the Presidential Medal of Freedom in 1996 by Bill Clinton.
Before he died earlier this month he said (and his words now resound): “There are enough resources in the world for the needs of everybody, but not enough for the greed of even a significant minority”. – Yours, etc,
