Madam, - At least three of our letters posted one week ago have not been delivered.
We contacted An Post to be told that due to understaffing we should allow three weeks for delivery of post in A4 envelopes. We were also told that if we require a normal service for A4 envelopes we should use the Swiftpost service.
An Post appears to be heading for self destruction. - Yours, etc,
