Sir, – How many more officially approved colleges will go into liquidation before something is done to protect the unfortunate foreign students who are required to pay in advance for courses that do not materialise?
Surely anyone proposing to set up such an organisation should be bonded so that compensation would be available in the event of the liquidation of such colleges before the courses are completed? – Yours, etc,
