Referendums and schools

Sir, – In view of the increasing number of necessary referendums being held, perhaps a designated “Referendum Day” should be instituted on a date to be fixed for the summer when the schools would be closed anyway. Or perhaps one final referendum to sanction the total revision of the Constitution to bring it up to date and into the future. – Yours, etc,

PADRAIG F DINNEEN,
