Sir, - I was amazed to read an article by Mary Harney outlining the PD plans for the health service. Is this the same Mary Harney who is Tβnaiste and whose party is in Government? Is it a PD plan because her Government partners do not support it?
It would be more appropriate for Mary Harney and the Government to go ahead and implement these plans, rather than presenting them as a pre-election wish list. - Yours, etc.,
