Never a better time to quit smoking

A chara, – I quit smoking, cold turkey, a year ago and it was not easy, but it was not hard in the way being homeless is hard, or saying goodbye to a loved one is hard, or dealing with a sick child or a relationship break-up is hard. No, quitting smoking is not hard compared to those hardships, not a bit.

I’d like to spread the positive word, and tell you about the physical exhilaration, the psychological empowerment and the huge sense of personal achievement that those wanting to quit smoking should aspire to. There is no feeling like it. None. – Is mise,
