Sir, - The Irish rugby team will lose on Saturday. Never has our consensus been so complete. Many say that these All Blacks are the finest team ever assembled to play the game. So spare a thought for our lads when they face the "Haka".
For the first time time in Irish rugby history it is the manner in which we fashion our defeat that is most important. I hope our players are liberated by this curious position and take the opportunity to play like Barbarians. - Yours, etc.,
