Sir, - I have some difficulty in understanding how the late Mrs Bridget McCole fought to receive £175,000 ultimately for the sacrifice of her life while one of the "socialist" partners in the last government who was party to the "collective government strategy" recently received £300,000 for no more than an impugned character.
