Children and masks

Sir, – Well done to the two letter writers yesterday. To read voices of reason in this fractious debate helps to drown out the cacophony of dissent that pervades our society.

Children usually listen to their parents’ advice, so I ask the parents who feel “their rights” are being ignored not to ignore the rights of your children – if they want to wear a mask, let them. Haven’t they all missed enough school already?
