A chara, – Further to "Trinity College to drop 'freshman' term over inclusivity concerns" (Online News, November 28th), it appears the term "freshman" is to be banished from the accepted lexicon of Trinity College Dublin; henceforth, all first-year and second-year undergraduates are officially to be known as "fresh", so as to be inclusive.

I am assured that policies are also in the works to rename Fermanagh “Feragh”, but this may get shelved in the event of a general election. – Yours, etc,
