Sir, – What can be done about the cost of car insurance?

I recently got my renewal and the cost has increased by 30 per cent without any change in my circumstances. No claims, no penalty points.

How can it be justified?

We are at the mercy of the insurance companies, and no State agency cares or is willing to do anything about it. – Yours, etc,
