Sir, – Various individuals and organisations have quoted figures for the number of houses that are required in the State. The latest is one million which according to the Labour Party, is what will be needed in the next decade. However, no one has put a figure on the number of schools, doctor surgeries, pharmacies, grocery stores, shops, play parks, green spaces, etc, that will also be required in among all these houses. – Yours, etc,
