An article in last Friday’s edition reported a legal settlement reached by a baggage handler at Dublin Airport. Merrion Solicitors have pointed out that the two defendants, Dublin Airport Authority and Servisair Ireland were separately represented, that Servisair did not contribute to the settlement and that the plaintiff consented to his claim against Servisair being dismissed.
The article last Saturday which reported on the killing of Dt Garda Adrian Donohoe said, according to information available at the time, that two persons had been arrested near Dublin. No arrests were made.
