A report in yesterday’s edition, concerning the removal of the remains of Maurice Neligan, stated that the attendance included Prof Eoin OMalley, a founder of the Mater Hospital's cardiac unit. Prof OMalley died three years ago.

A report in last Monday’s edition, concerning the death of Bob Geldof’s sister Cleo McFarland, made reference to “her partner Ralf”. In fact, Ralf is the partner of Mrs McFarland’s daughter who is also called Cleo.
