In a court report headed "Englishman sentenced to seven years for heroin-trafficking" in last Saturday's editions, the name of the defending barrister was incorrect. Mr Sean Deegan BL appeared for the defence.

In an article in the editions of June 1st on the Independent candidates in the local elections in Dublin, Mr Gearoid O'Keeffe, who is standing in the Stillorgan Ward (part of Dun Laoghaire-Rathdown County Council), was omitted.
