Dublin-based mobile services firm Zamano has completed the acquisition of Eirborne Text Promotions.
Zamano acquired the Irish-based mobile content company for an initial consideration of €1.7 million, consisting of an initial cash payment of €1.2 million and the issue of 1,136,364 shares in the company issued at 44 cent per share.
In March Zamano reported a €2.2 million profit in its first year as a listed company.
Zamano floated on Dublin's IEX and London's Alternative Investment Market last October, raising €4.9 million after costs.
