A 19-year-old woman questioned by Gardaí investigating a hoax bomb alert at the home of the journalist Mr Paul Williams was released last night without charge.

The woman, with an address in Foxrock, Co Dublin, was interviewed about the incident under Section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act 1984 in Sundrive Road Garda Station.

Two men, aged 24 and 21, who were arrested in Crumlin yesterday over the same incident morning have been released. A file is being prepared for the DPP.

Mr Williams and his family, along with about 140 other residents, were evacuated from their homes in Walkinstown, early on the morning of November 14th after a device was spotted under Mr Williams's car.
