Woman for court over Belfast killing

A woman (25) was charged last night with the murder of a father of four who was knifed to death in west Belfast.

A woman (25) was charged last night with the murder of a father of four who was knifed to death in west Belfast.

The woman was arrested on Sunday following the killing of Kevin Doyle who died at the Royal Victoria Hospital following an attack in Twinbrook early on Saturday.

It is understood the 30-year-old was returning home from visiting a friend when he was fatally injured.

He was found lying at the entrance to Summerhill Grange soon after 2.30am.

The woman will appear at Lisburn Magistrates Court today.
