GARDAI are investigating the possibility that a woman killed by an articulated truck was blown on to the road by high winds in Dublin yesterday.
The woman, in her 70s, died after being hit by the truck outside the shopping centre in Phibsborough at 1.30 p.m. The high winds are expected to continue over the weekend and people have been warned not to drive unless necessary.
