A dispute over the will of the murdered publican, Mr Thomas Nevin, between his widow and his family was adjourned for two weeks in the High Court yesterday.

Mr Nevin was murdered at Jack White's Inn, at Brittas, Co Wicklow, last March. Mr Justice Shanley granted the adjournment yesterday, which was by the consent of the parties, to allow affidavits to be filed.
