LONDON - Mrs Diane Blood, originally from Worksop, Nottinghampshire, was said to be "distraught and outraged" last night after health officials again refused her permission to use her dead husband's sperm to try to have a baby.
The Human Fertilisation and Embryology Authority, which said it would review her case following a public outcry, last night said it had upheld the decision and would not allow her to take the sperm abroad.
