The three-day cookery courses given by Moira Tighe in Sligo's Cromleach Lodge have proven to be such a success over the last few years that they are now a feature of the early part of the culinary year on the west coast. And so, with Cromleach once again opened for the season, Mrs Tighe will be telling everyone how to make some of her classics, such as that amazing dish of chicken sausage on a carrot and Sauternes sauce, and those incredible desserts such as iced pineapple souffle and banana and chocolate mousse.
The courses run on: February 9th-11th, February 16th-18th, and February 23rd-25th. Costs are u £279 pps, and u £329 for single occupancy.
