Durban - President Yoweri Museveni of Uganda has urged African leaders to follow his example and raise the alarm on AIDS to contain the spread of the deadly pandemic on the world's poorest continent. Mr Museveni said on Monday that his country had managed to contain the epidemic largely because he shouted "the loudest from the rooftops" about its dangers.
