Craig Bellamy will learn tomorrow if he is to miss part of Newcastle¿s Champions League campaign through suspension following a clash with Dynamo Kiev defender Tiberiu Ghioane.
Bellamy and Newcastle have until the close of business today to put their case to UEFA disciplinary chiefs.
Bellamy's head allegedly made contact with the defender's face towards the end of last Wednesday's 2-0 defeat at the Olympic Stadium.
Match referee Eduardo Iturralde Gonzalez did not see the clash, but UEFA acted after viewing a video of the incident.
Bellamy is available for tonight's Group E home game with Feyenoord .
