A Dublin man was jailed for two years by the Special Criminal Court yesterday for having a pistol and 25 shotgun cartridges at his city flat on January 14th.
Colm Maguire (27) of Fatima Mansions made a statement to gardai in which he took responsibility for the pistol and ammunition. The court was told Maguire had four previous convictions in Birmingham.
