The President of the High Court yesterday "confirmed" the Irish Medical Council's decisions to "erase" the names of two doctors from the register of medical practitioners.
Mr Justice Morris also confirmed another council decision to suspend the registration of a third doctor. The decisions to erase the names of two doctors and to suspend another followed inquiries by the council's Fitness to Practise Committee.
The doctors' names have not been made public.
