Two Marines were killed and five injured today when their Superstallion helicopter crashed about 30 minutes after taking off from Bagram air base in Afghanistan, a Marine spokesman said.
"Two of the marines were killed and the other five on board the helicopter were injured," Marine spokesman Corp Matthew Roberson told

"The helicopter crashed some 30 minutes north of the air base at Bagram that is about 30 miles to the north of the Afghan capital, Kabul," he said.
