Two charged with murder

Two men appeared before Cork District Court in separate hearings yesterday morning charged with the murder of Mr Thomas Harte during May last year at Leitrim Street, Cork. Mr William `Buster' Carroll (50), of no fixed address, and his nephew, Mr Patrick Carroll (19), from Churchfield Square, Cork, were both remanded in custody until Tuesday.
