Two men charged in connection with the murder of a young woman in Cork were yesterday remanded in custody when they appeared at Cork District Court.
Mr Gerard Graham (33), of Dingle, Co Kerry, a fisherman, is charged with murdering Ms Charlene McAuliffe (19) at Farranree, in Cork, on October 2nd.
Mr Alan Clucas (27), of Ventry, Co Kerry, is charged with putting Ms McAuliffe's body in a car boot on October 2nd with intent to impede Mr Graham's apprehension and prosecution.
Judge Con O'Leary remanded both men in custody at Cork Prison to appear in the same court on November 9th.
