London - Tourists are more likely to suffer upset stomachs in Turkey than in any other popular holiday destination, according to research published yesterday, based on travel insurance claims.
There were 1,200 claims for "gastric problems" in Turkey. Tourists to Spain are more likely have their flight delayed, lose luggage or be pickpocketed. France is much safer.
