Triple transplant patient dies

Northern Ireland's first triple organ transplant patient died yesterday in Tyrone County Hospital. Mr Haldane Butler (28), from Omagh, Co Tyrone, received a new liver, pancreas and small intestine during an eight-hour operation in Leeds two years ago. He had been ill for some time.
