JAKARTA - Three people exiled by Portugal following a pro Indonesian upheaveal in East Timor in 1959 returned to Indonesia with their children yesterday on their way to a new life in the troubled enclave.

Their arrival, which Indonesian officials said was aided by the International Red Cross, took place ahead of peace talks in London on East Timor between the foreign ministers of Indonesia and Portugal on January 16th.
