Third man arrested over Finglas shooting

A third man has been arrested in connection with a shooting in north Dublin last month.

The shooting , which took place outside a bookmakers on Cardiffsbridge Road in Finglas on November 15th, left a 41-year-old man seriously injured.

The victim, who was shot a number of times with a handgun, is still being treated at the Mater hospital.

Gardaí believe the shooting is linked to a drugs feud in Finglas.

A 24-year-old man was arrested in Ballymun this morning. He is being held under Section 30 of the Offences Against the State Act at Finglas Garda station.

Two men, both 20, were arrested shortly after the shooting. Both were subsequently released without being charged in connection with the attack.
