The Bohemians soccer team captain, James Coll, was given leave by the High Court yesterday to seek an injunction against the FAI today over a two week suspension imposed following his club's game against Derry City on December 22nd last. Mr Justice Geoghegan was told an FAI disciplinary committee had imposed a two week suspension on Mr Coll, which he appealed.

It is claimed that under the rules, the appeal committee should have considered the appeal within 14 days. It is submitted that the appeal was held outside that time. It is also claimed Mr Coll was not allowed to call a certain witness and use video evidence.
