Luxembourg - A matching bra and pants should be taxed under customs rules as a single item and not separately, the European Court of Justice ruled yesterday.
The court agreed with German lingerie importer, Quelle, that a matching brassiere and briefs set met the definition of "goods put up in sets for retail sale".
