MOSCOW - Russian officials have said Moscow had never had any atomic warheads stolen and dismissed a claim by a Russian disarmament expert who told a German newspaper that drunken workmen took two nuclear warheads in 1993.
Sunday's Frankfurter Allgemeine quoted Russian nuclear expert Mr Vladimir Orlov as saying two drunken workers stole two warheads from a Urals factory for a bet in 1993 and hid them in a garage.
