Spain coach Inaki Saea has called up five new players in the squad to face Hungary in Budapest next Wednesday in a warm-up international before Euro 2004 qualifiers next month.

The former Spain youth coach, who succeeded Jose Antonio Camacho after the World Cup finals, brought in defenders Pablo Orbaiz of Athletic Bilbao, Atletico Madrid's Jose Antonio Garcia Calvo, Juan Gutierrez of Real Betis, Valencia's Carlos Marchena and Real Madrid's Raul Bravo.

The 29-year Real Sociedad defender Agustin Aranzabal, who has 23 caps, rejoins the squad to complete a shake-up of Spain's backline.

The main absentees, apart from Fernando Hierro and Luis Enrique who retired after the World Cup, are Valencia's Santiago Canizares, Ruben Baraja and Curro Torres, as well as Deportivo players Sergio and Diego Tristan.
