A bus fell off an elevated road close to South Korea's main airport today, killing 12 passengers and injuring another 12, police said.
A police official said the bus hit a guard-rail as it was trying to avoid a broken-down car and fell about 30 feet from the road near a bridge in Incheon, west of Seoul.
He said the bus was carrying 24 people. Two children aged five and seven are among the injured.
Police said the injured were being treated in nearby hospitals, and most were not in a serious condition.
