THE solicitor representing the doctor at the centre of allegations that he videotaped female patients is to appeal to the Supreme Court against his failure to obtain a restraining order on the Cork Examiner.

In the High Court last Monday, Mr Denis O'Sullivan, Patrick Street, Cork, had sought an interlocutory injunction against Cork Examiner Publications Ltd. A temporary injunction was granted on March 5th.

It was alleged a reporter and photographer from the Cork Examiner had entered the solicitor's offices and a photograph was taken of a letter for Mr O'Sullivan being handed to a receptionist. Mr Justice Barron refused to grant the interlocutory injunction.
