Mr Noel Smyth has been removed as a director of property company, Dunloe Ewart, at an extraordinary general meeting held in Dublin today.

Of shareholders present and voting in person or by proxy at the EGM, 96.5 per cent voted in favour of the resolution and 3.5 per cent voted against.

Resolutions appointing Mr David Harrison, Mr Brendan Murphy, Mr Paul Monaghan, Mr Philip Monaghan and Mr Brendan Timbs as directors of the Company, were also passed by similar majorities.
