LJUBLJANA - Slovenian Prime Minister Janez Drnovsek's centre left Liberal Democrats looked set to return to power yesterday. With over 95 per cent of the general election vote counted, the Liberal Democrats had won 27.1 per cent, three per cent more than in 1992.
