Singer involved in plans for bar

Folk singer Christy Moore plans to open a bar in Dublin's Liberties area. Judge

Pat McCartan was told in Dublin Circuit licensing court yesterday that a special feature of the venture -- converted shops on the corner of Thomas Street and

Vicar Street - would be a Christy Moore performing arts centre.

Mr Moore has formed a triumvirate with his manager, Mr Mattie Fox, and Point

Depot owner, Mr Henry Crosbie, for the project.
