Sydney - A three-week-old Australian Siamese twin has died and her sister is in critical condition after emergency surgery to separate them, a hospital spokesman said yesterday. Bethany Nolan died late on Saturday during surgery at Brisbane's Royal Children's Hospital. Her sister, Alyssa, is in critical condition, the spokesman said.
