The seven men and three women who were arrested after scuffles with gardaí at Shannon airport during Saturday's anti-war protest have been released on bail.
Those before the court were: Robert Fulton, Emerson Avenue, Salthill, Galway; Kieran Hegarty, Westside Estate, Togher, Cork; Leon Woffenden, Marina Parade, Brighton, UK; Owen Rice, Ballydoo Road, Mayobridge, Co Down; Eamon Murphy, Oisin Drive, O'Malley Park, Limerick; Catherine Clinton, Kimmage Road Lower, Dublin 6; Nicholas Sylva, American House, Eyre Square, Galway; Cliona Murphy, Old Rectory, Balief, Woodsgift, Co Kilkenny; Terry Dunne, Cuan Glas, Bishop O'Donnell Road, Galway and Paula McGrane, Palmyra Avenue, Galway.
All 10 defendants whose ages range between 21 and 50 were ordered to stay out of Co Clare.
They were charged under the Criminal Justice Public Order Act at a late-night sitting of Tulla district court on Saturday night, while Mr Robert Fulton and Mr Leon Woffenden also faced charges of assaulting gardaí.
Inspector Tom Kennedy objected to bail for two of the accused, Mr Rice and Mr Woffenden, as they reside outside the State.
The inspector said he was agreeable to bail for the remaining eight, on condition they stay out of Clare and that independent surety be offered for each.
Judge Joseph Mangan remanded all 10 in custody with consent to their own bail of €100 each and an independent surety of €350.
One of the accused, Mr Owen Rice from Co Down told the court it was in the public interest that his case be heard in court and he expressed his intention to clear his name.
Another of the accused, Mr Eamon Murphy from Limerick, told Judge Mangan that the State had no understanding of discipline and self-control.
Judge Mangan told him, if he had any complaints about garda behaviour, he could take it up in the appropriate place.
All 10 will appear before Ennis District Court on Friday.
