A former south Dublin music teacher who is charged with three counts of sexual assault on 10-year-old girls had his case adjourned until December 12th at Dun Laoghaire District Court yesterday. Judge Brian Kirby was told the book of evidence had been served. The charges relate to three incidents between April 1994 and February 1997.
