A security alert has been called off at the Taoiseach's constituency office in Drumcondra.
A letter of protest with a box attached to it arrived at the office at around 4.30 p.m.
The area was sealed off and the Army Bomb Disposal Unit were called to investigate the package, but gave the all clear following their inspection.
Gardai are investigating the source of the package.
