A SECOND man was charged last night with the murder of Kerry farmer Mr Patrick Daly (69). A nephew of the deceased, Mr Eugene Daly (21), of Dooneen, Kilcummin, Killarney, was charged at a special court in Kenmare.
The accused man was remanded in custody and is due to appear at Tralee District Court on Wednesday. On Thursday night, the father of the accused, Mr Sean Daly (70), also of Dooneen, was charged with Mr Patrick Daly's murder.
